...Bitange Ndemo is regarded as one of the key people who oversaw the transformation in the Kenyan ICT Sector while the Permanent Secretary through various ICT policies and projects such as launching of undersea submarine cables, mpesa, the mushrooming of business process outsourcing industry, the dramatic reduction in mobile termination rates (MTRs) , initiating of the Kenya Open Data and the growth of tech hubs such as iHub and mLab in Kenya through effective regulation. He serves as a Board Member for Safaricom and is the current Chairman of the Kenyan Blockchain and Artiicial Intelligence Task Force. ...Queen Diambi has worked for several years as an Economic Consultant with the Observatoire Social Européen in Brussels with main clients such as the European Commission and other European governmental agencies and departments. She previously worked as a mental healthcare specialist with infant children and is crowned as Traditional Queen of the Bena Tshiyamba People of Bakwa Indu in Kasaï in the Democratic Republic of Congo on August 31st 2016 and now holds the Title of Mukalenga Mukaji Wa Nkashama of the Bakwa Luntu ethnic group of the Luba Empire in the Kasaï region of the Democratic Republic of Congo. She has worked with the Association of Caribbean States (ACS), United Nations Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (UNECLAC), and the University of the West Indies (UWI) and interned at the Caribbean Court of Justice (CCJ), all positions which reflect her passion for Human Rights, and Caribbean Integration.
